Honda FR-V 1.8 i-VTEC

This is a great car! With 2 kids, we were perfectly happy in our Mazda Premacy Sport.....a pretty good car. Now that our third has arrived, things have changed! Fitting 2 child seats in the back seat of almost any car is fairly easy.......fitting 3 in a row is a different matter completely, and that is the case for most cars and mini/midi MPV's. We bought a Honda FR-V following the arrival of third child. We were drawn to the unique 6 seat arrangements which allowed us to accommodate the kids and related kit in a way that allows us to get from A to B without everyone feeling on top of each other. Its a great car for the school run as it's a bit shorter than most cars allowing me to get that space that everyone else has to leave. I also find it particularly good for getting my baby in and out of the car seat as its at a slightly higher height than most cars. With the news that my wife was expecting our 3rd child we had no option but to upgrade from our Honda Civic VTi-S to a larger more practical model. There were plenty of options for larger families, but we had no real desire to move to the family minibus. We considered a number of models, but after a visit to the local Honda dealer the wife took an instant shine to the FR-V. We took a test drive and I was pleasantly surprised at how the car handled and was good to drive.
