There is a tight section at the top of the 'bag', which gets caught up very easily, and it needs emptying very often. I have found getting parts for it quickly quite difficult, as it takes 3-4 days from hoover. Not my best buy i am afraid. ...

this hoover is ok, it fills up far too quickly though, i empty every time i use it (everyday) and with my last hoover i emptied just once every 3times i used it. it is also rather difficult to get the hoover upright and down to use it, the little step that you use is stiff, mine actually broke after 3 months of use!! the customer service is good though. but for picking up dirt it is excellent. i just think there are too many problems with it in other ...
