I have owned this machine for just over a year and have had SIX call outs to correct breakdowns, three for the same error code in two months. I have received no customer service whatsoever from Hoover, they have dismissed my problems and now are ignoring my request to discuss the matter. We have been hanging around waiting for repair men to come days later after the fault was reported, had to drag a soaking wet double duvet set to our local laundrette to complete a wash and dry, and then try to dry the seats of my car after.
