Advantages: Easy to use, effective Disadvantages: legs damage the floor
...lot of positive things about Hotpoint and when we were given a freezer last year we needed an accompanying fridge. The freezer was also made by Hotpoint and seemed to work very well. We looked around but liked the look of the Hotpoint RLA34 fridge in Argos, so purchased it.

The fridge is less than a metre in height (about 0.85m) so fits nicely under a work top. It is about 60cm wide and cm deep. It does not stick out too much which is very useful for small kitchens. It would suit someone living in a small home e.g. studio flat/bed-sit.

Advantages: Self heights, economical, easy clean Disadvantages: Can freeze if set below normal
This fridge is larger than your standard size and is well laid out with the option of changing shelf levels and moving the holders on the door to accommodate different sized items.
There is a large cheese storage area which will easily hold family sized blocks of your favourite cheddar, 2 moveable door compartments and a deep bottle holder that can hold upto 4, 2 litre bottles of milk.
It comes with 3 glass shelves that have little lips at the ... ...about the substancial veg box and the other 2 can be placed at 5 different levels. It has various settings for coldness and a little sticker inside to indicate optimal temperature, the only thing I don't like is if you go a little colder than the normal setting food does tend to freeze if it is near the back. I most definately will replace this with a similar model when necessary ...

...I have owned my Hotpoint for 8 months and am extremely impressed by the build quality and versatility. It is available in white and a gorgeous brushed graphite finish. There is a matching upright freezer again available in the two finishes. The fridge and freezer doors are reversible which enables opening to opening accessibility.
