The order for a tumble drier was delivered on time. We had a phone call to tell us when it would arrive, with the driver's phone number. They unpacked the tumble drier and took in to the house. When my wife asked if they could take it in to the cellar where it would be used, they did. Then they took all the packing away. Everything was 'no trouble'. Superb service. ...

I ordered some speakers, one year later still not received my order! They have my money and I have nothing! Customer service is zero, you're just a number, if your order does not turn up, according to customer service, 'tough luck' it's your problem not theirs. Order at your own risk, if anything goes wrong with the delivery you may end up out of pocket! ...

Purchase a miele cleaner from Hughes Direct receny and have to say that the experience from start to finish was fanatistis , oh and so was the cleaner . BOTH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . This coming from a recently Dyson DC08 owner . The miele wipes the floor with it . ...
