I'm not impressed at all. The product is inferior to the Foreman grills I've previously used in both quality, design and operation. I bought it at a discount price and all I can say is that goodness I didn't pay full whack. I have 30 days to return to seller, I'm seriously considering doing so. Oh, and the first one that arrived I had to send back as it was faulty. Should have realised then and got my money back.
