We bought this same saw around December as a Christmas gift for my Dad. It has lasted about 8 months. About a month ago the exhaust fell off and striped out one of the bolts. We took it in to Mr. Chainsaw in Eugene Oregon and had it repaired. We used it for about a week and the exhaust fell off again. We had it repaired. They also told us that it had a score on the piston. They informed us that it was running lean. They were also the people that initially set up the saw. We used it for a little bit and now the saw has no power. They have a poor warranty, 90 days. Don't buy this saw. STAY AWAY. JUNK.

Purchased a new 350 from main husqvarna dealer on the internet at a good discount,but when I had problems with it ,and took it to a local husqvarna dealership they refused to even look at it,on the grounds that internet traders were putting firms such as them out of business. Complained to husqvarna,and although they were simpathetic and said that any husqvarna dealer should carry out warranty work,they did nothing to help.Buy a sthil and get better sevice.Fred cumbria
