I bought one of these at nearly £800 and even at that price I think it was a great buy. I don't use the sound, so I can't comment on that, but the picture is excellent through the RGB connections both with DVD and Telewest HD. The TV is very shallow and is great for mounting straight to the wall. I've also plugged a laptop into the 15-pin connector and that too produced excellent results whether playing games, watching movies or displaying family photos.
