Hyundai Coupe 1.6

I've been after a Hyundai Coupé for a few months. Ever since I saw it on the website I felt I just had to try it out. Now that I have test driven the 1.6 I really must have one. For starters it looks sooo cool! I think it's one of the best looking sports coupes out there. Just look at its rippled bonnet and smooth lines, not to mention the curvy boot. ...that come as standard. The hyundai coupe has some really sexy featues such as grills on the side, bucket seats and a chunky exhaust. Another thing that i would say is that the hyundai coupe is a definate value for money and the hyundai name isnt neciserrily the biggest but you may be surprised. I've been wanting a Hyundai Coupe for a while, but thought they were out of my price range until I checked! I've always been an avid Golf Supporter, so was chuffed with the price. Selected the 1.6v as a company car after test driving the F2. Unfortunately my car allowance didn't stretch that far so I ended up with the bottm of the range. Nevethless, I've now had the car for 12 months and have put 27,000 miles on the clock with no hiccups whatsoever. I saw this outside a showroom and fell in love with it. I wasn't even looking for a car, I was just driving past. It looked very black, very sleek, very sexy and very me! I call it my batmobile and I feel wonderful when I'm driving around in it. Definitely looks best in black, it can look a bit cheap in brighter colours and you don't get the full effect. I've heard this car referred to as the "poor man's sports coupe" and I suppose that's a fair enough comment: it is a really fun, sporty car to drive but it doesn't cost anywhere near as much as anything remotely comparable. If you're going for a coupe, get the 2.0 version if you can afford it... the 1.6 looks like a sports car, but it lacks power, especially if you turn on the air-con, then the engine is VERY sluggish. It does use up a lot of petrol if you thrash the engine, but if you don't drive it harshly, the petrol consumption is not too bad compared to other cars with the same cc. Interior is nice, except that your rear-seat passengers will wish you drove a people-carrier ...

I bought my Coupé yestarday in 2nd hand, and I have to say that I already make 350 km with it, I simply love it, I love fast driving and I could go untill 230 Km/h. You feel very safe with this car even if you are making a curve (elbow) on top speed (100 / 120 km/h) the only thing is that the rear of the car you feel it a bit loose, but consedering the speed I was making its very nice.
