Ordered a Canon FAX I-Sensys L140 from IT247. Very good price and arrived swiftly. However this new fax is not a patch on our old and sadly defunct Canon L 290. There is a lack of information in the tiny window which cannot be moved for better viewing. It will only report sending on every fax or print a report after 60 faxes - too frequent or too lengthy. The machine either emits a horrid sending noise over which we could not hear our phones, or ... ...actually sent your fax. I phoned immediately to ask if we could return the item to be told we could not as we are a business. I was not impressed with the "customer service" and total lack of care by IT247. Had I bought it and had it delivered to my home address (we are a small business) they would have taken the item back. Why are we penalised yet again for being a business? Next time I will purchase in my own name and be covered. I will go back ...

I needed a budget PC to replace an old one which had died. I also needed it in a hurry, and IT247 delivered the Acer E7300 the next day even though I'd only selected standard delivery which was great! The PC worked fine out of the box and after three weeks of daily use I've had no issues with it so far. I don't do any heavy graphic work or gaming so the performance for my usage is fine (certainly a massive improvement over the one that died!). It ... ...a DVD R/W drive and a multi card reader for various types of memory cards. The PC came fitted with Windows Vista Home Premium, but with an option to upgrade to Windows 7 once it's released. I first used IT247 last December to purchase a Canonscan 8800F and found the process a little bit strange, with emails confirming receipt of order, approval of order, despatch of order spread over a few days. Additionally, the delivery was made to the wrong address. This gave me a chance to use Customer Services, who were helpful and responsive. Two weeks ago I purchased a Toshiba L300-D21U laptop from it247 at first I was a little apprehensive about using this company , firstly because I had never heard of them and secondly because their price was way cheaper than anyone else. So I went to the review sites when I read the reviews they scored a 7/10 , I tend to look at the 3 bad reviews first. So my thoughts were battling over price vs 3 bad reviews,.
