Iceland Good Choice Chicken Curry

As those of you who have read some of my recent op’s will know, I’m on a diet. I also have Fibromyalgia, which means that for me cooking isn’t always something I’m up to doing. Ever in search of the healthy tasty meal I was pleasantly surprised to see Iceland have introduced a range called ‘good choice’. Better still when I placed my order online they were on special offer – 5 meals for £4! Five a very handy number when there is five people in your household! The good choice range includes: Chicken hot pot, Chicken in peppercorn sauce, chilli and potato wedges, chicken in broccoli and mushroom sauce, Mediterranean chicken, and chicken curry. I'm not really into ready meals. But, on the odd day when I blatantly refuse to do any cooking, I do the next best thing and get a ready meal. It seems that all the supermarkets are now doing their own brand and range of foods that are good for you. Icelands brand is the 'Good Choice' range of products. I'm currently on a diet, so have to be a bit more careful on what I eat. When I saw the 400g 'Good Choice' Chicken Tikka Masala on sale for just 99p, I thought I'd give it a go.
