Ideal destinations for Easter

Yes OK so this was a few years ago now (but only within the last decade or so), I actually went with school and the school concert band as one of their two pianists to Geneva and the surrounding areas. This happened three years in a row, and we stayed in one of the local youth hostel type setups in the city. And in case you have not yet already guessed, these times were all over the Easter period. Easter - an important time for the Christian religion to mark the end of lent, the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. For many people however Easter depicts, bunnies, chocolate eggs and time off work. I do think this is a sad state of affairs and that for many the true meaning of Easter gets lost in all the advertising hype. Seeing as I am working Easter I am thinking of a place I would like to go - so where would that be? Dawlish and Dawlish Warren South Devon This is an ideal area for a destination to visit or stay at Easter, whether you are a family, a young couple, through to grandparents, this is something for everyone. In Dalwish - this is a quaint little town, from traditional tea shops, to fish and chips on the sea front. Go crabbing in the rock pools, take a boat trip around the bay. Spend some time on The Lawn, this is a great focal area and a well used, community space. Bring some brown bread or even some lettuce and feed the black swans and the ducks.
