...in amino acids, so even if I got suburnt on the island, I would be healthy !! Also, apparently, during the spawning season, the calorific content in fish is greater, so I would maintain a healthy weight and high energy levels when they are frisky !! Fish are also a good source of vitamins A and D, and this is particularly abundant in ‘Sharks’ ....apparently.. One last and very good point to make about fish,is that I would not have to worry about ...

So, having struggled but eventually decided on the former category, (Yes it really is hard for me to come to a decision of such magnitude right now!) assuming that I know I am going to get stranded that is, herewith attached (sorry still in intellectual student mode!) is my offering on the matter! ...
...I can guarantee that if I emptied my handbag right now (trust me I won't!) there will be at least 4 different lippy flavours in there.
