I ordered a new fridge-freezer from this company as they had a very good price for the product I wanted, promised reasonably quick delivery and had good reviews from other customers on this website. I have been very disappointed. I placed the order on their website and was informed in the confirmation email that they would contact me within one working day to advise the delivery date. They contacted me fairly promptly (two working days later) to ...
...and they would call again in a week's time to advise the delivery date. I then heard nothing for two weeks, and when I finally called them to find out what what happening, they said "Oh yeah, we were going to call you as we now can't supply this item." I note that this product is still listed on their website. I was also unhappy to find that payment was taken from my card at the time of order, when they already knew that there could be a problem ...

Good price, good delivery dates, One of the best on the internet with free delivery thrown in. Dishwasher arrived on time with a text to confirm the delivery within three hour timescale. Dishwasher unfortunately was damaged in transit and I wasn't there to sign. The wife signed but was rushing for work so didn't check it until the next day (Saturday). Phoned them on Monday to explain and it was not a problem, delivering a replacement this Friday. First class service highly recommended. ...

I have always been a bit skeptical about reviews on websites, but when my fridge broke down I had to rely on them in finding the quickest and most reliable delivery there is for the fridge I want. I could not find anyone who can delivery as quickly as Iguana without charging extra, not even the high-end high street shops. Not only is Iguana quicker, delivery is also most reliable with only less than 3 hours wait on the arranged day, so no more "anytime between 7-5pm" nonsense (warning: they may come slightly earlier). Price is also one of the cheapest I can find. My new fridge is Bosch. All in all, very impressive. I will definitely buy from Iguana again. ...

Excellent experience with Iguana, called the helpline on a Monday to see if item was in stock and was told delivery could be that Wednesday !! Paid for item through their website, and also paid to have old appliance collected. Prior to delivery, on Tuesday afternoon received a text with an allocated time slot for delivery on Wednesday. ( approx 3 hrs) New dishwasher delivered and old one removed as arranged. Would definately recommend and will be using again as far easier and better value for money than high street retailers. Really pleased with dishwasher quiet, easy to use and gets everything really clean. ...

Responded promptly to enquiry about whether required product was in stock and whether it could be delivered on a certain Thursday. Both replies in the affirmative, and order followed up by phone call to say I would get a text the day before delivery to indicate the delivery time window. Text duly received giving 2.5 hour time window, and fridge freezers arrived half an hour into this time. Delivery drivers unpacked them, brought them into the kitchen and took away all the packing. 100% service at an excellent price - would definitely recommend them and use them again. ...

It was an unusual pleasure dealing with 'Iguana' EXTREMELY helpful .no 'sales-push'. found me the best ..and cheapest.product from my chosen range..ie Hoover upright Freezer..they followed with telephone call to confirm..I appreciated that .. I recently bought an upright Candy freezer from Iguana. Their price was good and I found their staff very helpful and courteous. The freezer was delivered promptly on the day specified and there have been no problems. One warning - unlike most 'white van' deliveries I've had, this one realy did come quite early on in the day! ...
