Advantages: Quality And price resolution level and refresh rate Disadvantages: Bulky rear end like most crt monitors
...and ordered myself the Iiyama Vision Master 1451 it cost me at the time £132 inc P+P.
Now when it arrived naturally I was taken back at the
size of it with its elongated rear ,after being so use to TFT
monitor.
Anyway after much lumbering about with it to my room
I finally connected it up put it on 1024x768 and a refesh rate of 100hz. What can I say? Never have i before had such a smooth gaming experience with rich vibrant colours and great ... ...fast in online games
like quake 3 and unreal 2004.
After 4 months heavy useage I realised,my eyes no longer itched or felt sore or got as tired as they had
done with my original TFT monitor .
Let me just emphasise how bad my TFT made my eyes, now maybe I dont have the strongest eyes going

Advantages: Big screen, sharp colours, high refresh Disadvantages: Big
I've got to agree with the 1st review on this product.
It is a really nice peice of kit. I used mine for about 2 years before my little sister got it and its still going strong. Its about 3 years old now.

I did the same as the 1st reviewer with this product while moving it back and forth to anf from uni and it held up very well.
The refresh rate on this monitor is excellent and increases all the way to 120Hz at 1024x768. This is excellent for a CRT monitor of this age. I too have never needed to ...

Advantages: Superb picture quality, Size, Value for money, Durability Disadvantages: Large physical dimensions
...all: a testament to the Iiyama name for quality and durability. I have not had to use the 3 year on-site replacement warranty, but the fact that it exists for a monitor costing <£125 is reassuring.
I have not been able to compare this monitor with the Iiyama Visionmaster Pro 454, which is considered the best monitor in the 19"CRT class, but I would certainly say this is easily the best 19" you can find for less than £200.
The only drawback is that ...
