    Advantages Advantages Fairly easy to use, cheap, slices apples nicely!

    This is definitely what you would call a non-essential item – and it certainly isn’t something I would say no kitchen should be without! But with such a low price tag it is one of those things that is a real impulse purchase – along with about 10,000 other things in Ikea! It is £2.59 and is widely available in store as far as I am aware. It is 6cm high and 10cm across. This apple slicer is made of green plastic, with metal blades in the centre to do the chopping.     Advantages Advantages slices more than just apples

    I bought an apple slicer on a whim one day in Ikea. I find that I do this a lot in Ikea, come out with random items that I don't really need! The apple slicer is called spritta, and it costs just £2.59. I've actually been pleasantly surprised by how much I've ended up using my apple slicer, I think that when I first came home with it I probably though that I'd end up donating it to a friend, but actually friends have ended up buying them for themselves.
