Advantages Advantages Smells lovely, really relaxing!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not quite as gentle as i had hoped, but still good!

I don’t have baths very often – not through choice, there is nothing I would love more than to have a long hot soak in the bath with a good book or magazine. However it’s not great for my skin to stay in too long as it dries it out very quickly. Oh and of course there’s the fact that we have to share one bathroom between six of us in the house! Anyway I thought I’d give myself a treat and on a recent trip to Tesco I spotted this bubble bath on offer for £1.00 for a 500m bottle. This seemed like a bargain to me, especially as it claimed to be kind to sensitive skin, so I quickly snapped it up ... more

    Advantages Advantages smells nice

Disadvantages Disadvantages gloopy, doesn't bubble up, bottle cumbersome

My husband bought me this when I complained about having ran out of Radox and I can safely say if you're looking for something similar to Radox then this product isn't for you, it's more of a bath moisturiser than it is a bubble bath. I personally am not very fond of it and neither ,it seems, is my daughter. This bath milk comes in a rather odd shaped bottle, it's rather wide and a bit of an 's' shape. The cap is very wide and you kind of twist and pull it off. I find the cap a bit awkward really as it is so wide it fills your whole hand and so isn't really the best design at all. I'm a bit ... more

Advantages Advantages Cheap, subtle scent, lots of bubbles

Disadvantages Disadvantages Nothing special or luxurious about it

For Christmas I was given lots of lovely bath products from everyone. One of my sisters went overboard as usual and got me mountains of things, including four big bottles of Imperial Leather bath cream. One of the varieties she bought me was Softly Softly. I was pleased to see this one as I had used it before and knew that I liked it. ~Packaging~ The bath cream comes in a clear bottle with a white screw top lid. The bottle has a slightly wavy shape to it - a design all Imperial Leather bath and shower gels have, which makes it easy to spot the brand on a shelf. The actual design of the bottle ... more

Advantages Advantages smells lovely, scent lasts, moisturises skin

Disadvantages Disadvantages a little gloopy, not a lot of bubbles produced

I am not particularly loyal to any brand of shower gel and with finances a little stretched I tend to go for whatever is on offer. Having run out of my previous shower gel I headed to Superdrug for a replacement and found that some of the gels in the Imperial Leather range were on offer at just 89p for a 250ml bottle! Considering these normally retail at around £1.89 that represented a pretty good saving so I picked up a bottle. The one that I decided to go for was the ‘Softly Softly nourishing shower cream’. I must admit that whist moisturising my face and hands is a regular part of my beauty ... more

Advantages Advantages Nice lather, nice smell, moisturising.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Don't like the lid.

IMPERIAL LEATHER SOFTLY SOFTLY PROVIDES A TOUCH OF LUXURY IN YOUR BATH I usually choose to shower in preference to bathing. This isn't because I don't appreciate a nice, hot, deep bubble bath, but I find that once I step into the bath, lay down and relax I tend to daydream and, before I know it, the water's gone cold and I've been in the bath for far too long. A shower just seems to get the job of cleansing done quickly and efficiently and so, as to my daily ablutions, it's the best method. Sometimes I do have a good old fashioned soak in the tub though, for instance, if I'm feeling a bit ... more

    Advantages Advantages Smells gorgeous

Disadvantages Disadvantages Need lots of it to make enough bubbles

I usually have a shower during the week, but on a Sunday night I love to relax in a nice hot bubble bath. I had bought this imperial leather bath soak a while ago as it was on offer, but I had not got round to using it yet as I have so many different bubble baths, I didn't really need another one! It cost me only £1, which is cheap as they are usually around £1.50. This imperial leather one caught my eye though, I like their range of shower gels a lot, so thought id give their bubble bath a go too. I picked up this white one which has added jojoba milk and vitamin E. It claimed to be very ... more

    Advantages Advantages see review

    Disadvantages Disadvantages quite a few

We bought some Imperial Leather Softly Softly Jojoba Milk and Vitamin E bath cream for 89p at Home Bargains. We bought it mainly as it was cheap and we as a family do like to try out as many different sorts of bath creams and foams as we possibly can, just to see which ones we like the best. As I say, this was cheap but what we first thought was that the large plastic bottle is a bit of an odd shape. My other half has likened it to an S shape and I agree this is the best way to describe it. It looks a bit like it might fall over. It has a cap that twists off but the cap is a bit stiff and hard ... more
