...as highly recommended as the Indesit WD10 for the price. We were also concerned about electricity and water usage and so were looking for something with an good rating. At the time if we wanted to buy something with an overall A rating you were looking at spending around £500 and we just couldn't justify this kind of spend. ...***Maintenance*** The only thing that Indesit recommend you do is to check the self-cleaning pump every six months to check that nothing is blocking it. This is located on the bottom right hand of the machine and you check it by just unscrewing the cover (make sure you put a small dish/tray under the opening to catch any water) and pull out the filter. The indesit wd10. We have owned this machine now for six years. buying it in 2001 for just short of 300. This machine has never let us down once, in this time. for the price paid this has represented outstanding value for money. however the drying capability of this machine is very limited although in fairness indesit do not try and hide the drying capacity. the clothes and the machine just seem to get very hot without efficiently drying. and if ...

I've had mine for 3 years, and I've had no problem with it. Performance - everything's always come out clean / dry as it should. Even when I've thought I've probably overloaded it... Ease of use - Simple. I'm a bloke and I struggle to understand the hyroglyphics on most machines, but this one is clear and simple. Durability - 3 years without a problem says durable to me. Users manual - gotta confess, haven't read it, the mark of a good machine ...

We have several of these in our building and they are nothing but trouble. They are constant pains and need techs out to fix them probably once per week. Your wash comes out wet and not clean. It doesn't even make a good paper weight because it is too heavy. Before I met this clothes eater I could not fathom that a modern washer could be this horrible.
