I ordered ink cartridges from the site on June 30th and did not receive them, although I had email confirmation telling me they were sent on July 2nd. When I tried to contact them, having waited the number of days specified by them, by replying to their emails, they were all bounced back to me as undeliverable. I ordered £32.00 worth of ink cartridges which never got delivered to me. When I finally managed to get a reply from them they just did not want to know. Never got my purchase and do not expect I ever will. Go elsewhere.....

Lexmark cartridges not delivered. After 2 weeks when I enquired about status of order I was emailed to check with the sorting office or download and complete royal mail form P91 and mail it to them but didn't give me the date they sent my order. They don't confim orders, advise of dispatch or send invoice, I believe they havent sent it as they were out of stock. Email from them in capitals equivelent of shouting! Also trade as Gradient.
