These Intel chips now produce alot less heat than they used to. Although the stock fan and cooler do a job, at stock speeds, the CPU temp was about 55c - OK but not if you want to overclock. I replaced with Arctic Freezer 7 Pro and is now around 40c at 2.13Ghz and 52c at 3Ghz.

It uses a 1066 MHZ FSB (front side bus) for a fast link on the motherboard.
It 2 cores running at 2.13 GHZ
