I don't know if anyone out there is prepared for when a family member passes away but when it happens it's good to know that there are people and services around to walk you through what to do. Further to the AA assigning these numpties to handle my non fault accident claim. They didnt offer any advice or help in any way shape or form. Didnt return my calls and ignored my messages. When I tried to complain, they told me they had dealt with the claim with utmost efficiency and stated that I had no reason to complain, the claim only took a year to settle! The also sent me to some idiot who claimed to be a medical examiner, who didnt check me for any injuries, but instead just filled in a form on my behalf and made me sign it without explaining anything.
