...experience before taking out an Isle of Man Bank Mortgage. I organised it through a Financial Advisor and from the first contact with the Bank I realised that things were going to be difficult! On the day of the exchange of contracts they suddenly "remembered" paperwork that needed to be signed and I had to make three separate trips to the Bank.
