Instead of hammering it up near-vertical hills and driving it through deep mud wallows, we tested the Isuzu Trooper in a rather less exciting way: we shifted large quantities of baby clothing and associated clobber across London during a house move. I've had the Trooper for several years now and I've loved it all the way and still do. It's great for the family, it's got a 'humongous' rear space where you can carry your Dyson standing up, if you need to, or a tonne of gravel for the garden and the Trooper won't feel a peble. You can go on great outdoor weekends pulling a trailer tent for free overnight accomodation and take the Trooper where it really comes to life: up and down the hills.
