This book is a wonderful insight into one of today's most well known celebrities. I've always admired Christopher Evans. Admittedly back in the day some considered him a big headed loud mouth, but hey, there's no denying that even then this man had talent and lots of it! For those unfamiliar (and I don't think there will be many) Chris Evans is the mastermind behind such TV hits as Don't Forget Your Toothbrush and TFI Friday. I'd bought this for my husband as he enjoys autobiographies and whilst on holiday I started it too, in between my other reading. I had never been a Chris Evans fan although once he took over the drivetime show on Radio 2 I found myself enjoying the programmes. The autobiography wasn't what I expected - it seemed to me to be an honest account of his childhood and early days on radio and in television.
