Advantages: Dry washing when its raining Disadvantages: A lot
...paused too long on the JML channel which was selling an item called the Dri Buddi. Before he even had a chance to change channels he knew the damage to his wallet had already taken place. I already had the JML Dri Buddi page up on the internet.
In the past during the winter and on wet days I had always used the dehumidifier to dry my washing but this had recently decided to only sometimes work for about ½ hour before switch itself off, thus leaving ... ...cheap. I noticed on the JML website that Tesco on-line sold them so that was where I decided to buy it from. I would get extra club card points, cash back through Cashback Kings and they were offering free delivery on anything over £50.00, plus I knew if I was not happy with the product I could just send it back. Advantages: Nice to look at, needs barely any cleaning, gives off a nice smell, makes clothing soft Disadvantages: Not super-fast, noisy, very large
I have had the JML Dri Buddi for a week now and my first impressions of this product is 'OK, this product means well. But I think more could have been done before finalising it' and my reasons for this are; The Dri Buddi does not do what it says on the tin. My first reaction to the Dri Buddi was 'Crikey, its huge!' The Dri Buddi stands about as tall as I am and I am 5'2". The bag (or tent as I like to call it) that goes around your washing to keep ... ...out even bigger when the Dri Buddi is on because of the circulating heat. Also, the Dri Buddi claims to be "Whisper Quiet" which is extremely untrue. After I assembled the Dri Buddi (which I must say was incredibly easy! It took literally under 5 minutes) I placed the Dri Buddi in the corner of my lounge and decided to try it out, I seriously could not hear my television over the noise this thing makes. It sounds like a hairdryer on full blast constantly. ...

Advantages: Cheap to run, easy to store, easy to use, Disadvantages: need to supply own hangers
This dri buddi is a free standing clothes dryer. it is like a rotary line, only not as wide and has a fan heater at the bottom. the fan generates heat throughout the dri buddi and dries your clothes evenly. your clothes are hung up on hangers, put onto the 'arms' of the dri buddi which hold up to 18 garments (10kg washing), then zip up the cover over your clothes and set the fan to either a timer(up to 3 hours) or just leave it permanentaly on.
... ...it, its been an absolute lifesaver. it is much better than using the tumble dryer. i always find that using the tumble dryer stiffens up my clothes and they never feel as nice after they've been dried and ironed. however, this thing has saved hard clothes and all the fuss of ironing. it might not be as fast as a tumble dryer drying, but the time you save after the clothes are dried is totally worth it. it takes a few hours for the clothes to dry ...
