The JML Mini Oven is basically a huge glass container with a heating element built into the lid. It also has a powerful fan that distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the oven. It comes complete with two removable cooking racks so that any fat produced simply drains away, making meat products healthier than with some other cooking methods.

Advantages: keeps flavour locked in, and cleans itself Disadvantages: not enough recipes or info on which rack to use
I bought my husband one of these for xmas so we only used it for the first time yesterday 29/12/08, we decided to try southern fried chicken breast straight from the freezer, being new we didn't know which rack to use so opted for the tall one we unfortunately cooked them a little too long as they browned rather quickly , however they were nice and juicey in the middle and we enjoyed the succulent taste , later on we cooked jacket potatoes we put ... ...treat .
we really would like to be able to purchase an english recipe book and one that tells you which rack to use as it is really only guess work when you firat try, but needless to say we will keep plodding on and enjoy our oven, keep youre fingers crossed we don't burn anything.
