Advantages Quick & Easy. Used up to 100 times. Good Vlaue for money & Easy To clean.
Disadvantages May be a squeeze in some toasters.

I love make toasted sandwiches. Cheese and ham being my favourite, but anything really! Chicken Bacon, corned beef…. Advantages Non stick, dishwasher proof, heat resistant, cheaper than buying a toasty maker!

When we moved house we had a massive clear out, despite moving into a bigger house (thinking back on that the logic really doesn’t make sense!). It wasn’t until a few months down the line that I realised my much loved toasty maker had disappeared, I suspect at the hands of my husband! I looked online and by pure chance stumbled across the JML Toastabags. At just under £4 for a pack of 2, I figured I’d be daft to part with upwards of £20 for a machine which would basically give the same results and take up loads more room in my kitchen, so I happily ordered the Toastabags. I’d never actually seen or heard of these bags until a friend of ours sort of introduced them to us when we went round one afternoon. She asked if we wanted a cheese and tomato toasted sandwich, which we agreed to, and then we watched her making them up before dumping them into these little brown plastic bags and popping them into her toaster. We thought ‘that’s going to make a mess’. But when they came out, she just tipped the toasted sandwiches onto a plate and then just washed and wiped the bag down ready for re-use. Toasta bags allowing you to toasta your bread! 27/12/2011

The product This is a JML toasta bag that is designed to help you make toasted sandwiches with minimal mess and fuss. How to use These bags are ridiculously easy to use. I make up a sandwich, drop it in to a toastie bag and then it goes in to the toaster on number 3 or 4 as normal toast would. After a few minutes I can tell that the toastie is ready because the toastie bags are a little opaque and I can see that the sandwich has become toasted with darker coloured lines down it. JML Toaster Bags I am a right sucker for anything that sounds like a good idea and is a new product. This is why my kitchen drawers are full to bursting with items that are handy but seldom used. However these JML toaster bags are one item that are used on a fairly regular basis and they were in fact worth every penny I paid for them. I bought these bags from Pound Stretcher at a fair price of £3.99p. This seemed expensive at first considering I had been buying the non branded toaster bags from Poundland for £1 but there is 4 in this JML set and only 2 in the non branded version. During this (normally) cold winter months, I like to have something to eat at work that is either hot or warm. We only have a microwave that barely works and a toaster so my options are pretty limited. A friend had mentioned toaster bags to me before and I figured they were worth a try for taking something to work to eat. JML Toasta Bags are available from shops like Wilkinsons, or anywhere that stocks JML products, which is where I bought mine from and they cost £2.99. Direct from JML, the easy way to make lovely toasty sandwiches in half the time of a toastie machine and with half the mess. JML Toasta Bags are clever little bags that can be used to make a sandwich in your toaster. The bags kind of look like a brown paper bag of old that kids in America used to take their lunch to school in. However, these bags have more of a thick greaseproof paper make up as obviously paper bags would not work in a toaster. I find ended up trying these after my parents went on about how good they were. They used to have a Sandwich Toasy Machine, but there kitchen area where they now stay isn't all that large and there isn't a huge amount of storage either so they use these so they can still have Toasties but instead of having a Toasy Machine then this does the job nearly as well. Why do I say nearly? Well read on. These consist of little greaseproof paper bags. This brand (JML) is more the brand named version and there is cheaper versions of these out. I love a good toastie! When I still lived at my mums she had a toastie machine, I loved that beauty. Then when I moved into my own house it wasn’t an essential I needed to buy, I just toasted two slices of bread then put the filling of my choice inside.
