I think this is a great buy, because it conveiently has both a VCR and DVD, and saves having to buy either both a VCR and DVD player, or just having one and not being able to play the other. I think I am one of those people who can't handle handle having too many gadgets and wires around so this thing is really handy and would suit other people who have trouble being organsised with gadgets and bits and bobs and such! I purchased my unit from Sky.buy for £110 so i was already happy with the all-in-one combi before i even took it out of the box. It is a standard 'Region-2' dvd player althgouh, after much searching, i managed to find a disk which unlocks it to 'Multi-region' and is RCE compatible.
