Advantages: taste amazing Disadvantages: mine have all gone!
...they are made by The Jacob's Bakery Ltd the address is P.O. Box 14 Liverpool l97JK UK an they are imported by Menorah Foods pty ltd 1695 centre road Springvale Victoria 3171 Australia. And there is a customer care line 08081449454 (I am actually considering ringing this number and asking but think that might be a bit sad)
Any way it doesn't matter where they come from the fact is they are here, and I love them. Packaging
They come in a black bag ... ...a blue ring that will tell you the flavour (they come in curry, original and wouster sauce). The message on the front boats "a whole lot of crunch in a whole wheat much" as if that's not enough they also boast to be Bake not fried, only 97 cals per 25g, 3.1g fat per 25g and they are high in fibre (yes eat a full 150g bag of these an you will be on the toilet for two days)
On the back of the packet is this message "Totally original entertain your ...

Advantages: Taste of curry, unlike ordinary twiglets Disadvantages: I've eaten a whole tub
She sat at her desk. The glow of the computer screen seemed to tut at her. Feelings of guilt flooded through her as she began to type. ‘If I could just make them understand why I did it’ she thought to herself, ‘then everything would be ok’. Sadly she looked at the empty tub in front of her, its yellow and black swirls taunting her. ‘Stop it, stop it, I confess!’. She glared at the pictures of the contents. A reminder of what she had done wrong.
... ...she would cook for her dinner. The scent of a fresh cheese and onion loaf wafted from the kitchen as she tried to decide what to eat. It was just one of those times when she was feeling a little peckish. Just a little something to pass the time until dinner. Little did she know she’d be caught up in a crazed eating binge of little party food wonders. She had simply fancied a twiglet. There had been an open tub in the kitchen only yesterday, left ...

Advantages: better than the original Disadvantages: see review
If you’re like me, you’ll loathe Twiglet’s! Loathing them simply because the taste is so foul! So after HEARING many rave reviews from friends and family, about the new tasty curry Twiglet’s, I thought why not? And at least I’ll get an opinion out of it!
Luckily for me, it was my son’s eighteenth birthday for which he wanted a party. Over the weeks, we piled up the freezer with sausage rolls, cheese and onion ... ...of alcohol we accumulated since his decision to have a party was made.
Unluckily for him, a few days before he’s birthday he had an accident, and ended up breaking his hip. Which meant we had to postpone the party for a few months, after all the hospital wouldn’t have gone a bundle on a ward full of drunken teenagers/adults strutting their stuff.
So in the name of research I decided to open the Twiglet’s. Beside they would have ...

Advantages: Extremely moreish Disadvantages: You won't be able to stop!
To someone who had never been exposed to the wonder that is Marmite, its appeal may appear somewhat limited. A brown gooey mess made from yeast extract. Those oh-so astute marketing strategists clearly hit the nail on the head when they exclaimed "you either love it or you hate it". The concept of Twiglets would probably induce the same confused wondering amongst outsiders as to its appeal. But if anyone has ever tasted one, and falls into the "love" ... ...Just as America gave us Pringles (once you pop you can't stop!) the UK has given us Twiglets (one nibble and you're nobbled!). Once you've opened a bag, or in my prefered container, a 200 gram tube, you simply cannot stop until they're all gone!
Twiglets are a wholewheat snack, a bit like a small, brown breadstick, coated in Marmite, to produce a wonderfully flavoursome and surprisingly low fat snack. While Pringles are unbelievably calorific, Twiglets ...

Munch....munch....munch....munch
Not much else anyone could add.
Munch....munch....munch....munch
except
These marmite covered, exceptionally munchy, knobbly, wholewheat snacks, are available in 200g barrels, which can just about last half way through a film. In fact I'm munching my way through a barrel as I type.
You either really like them, or abhor them, which is handy if you want a snack just for yourself.... Very few of my friends like ... ...people to avoid you, especially if they dislike marmite.
They are available in other flavours, including Curry and Worcester Sauce flavours, but these are horrible. Only the marmite "Original" twiglets are worth eating.
They are a bit different from the average bag of crisps, less messy, provided you don't hold them in your hands till they melt, taste great, and you can pretend they are a healthier option.
They are also totally vegetarian. ...
