Advantages Advantages makes taking pictures more fun and easier for harder to reach angles

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None

I have always loved taking pictures and although not a professional, I of course want my pictures to look as best as I possible. For quite some time, I wanted to get one of these gadgets to aid me in my quest and it was at the beginning of this year that I finally bit the bullet and treated myself to one. What it is? The Joby gorilla pod is a clever little contraption indeed. A simple idea of the tripod which was adjusted slightly to make what is already a great idea into an even better one. There was a ride range of tripods on the market in all shapes and sizes but this Joby Gorillapod was the one that appealed to me most. It is based on classic tripods hover it has massive improvements. It has three legs which are able to be twisted and turned giving its user the possibility of camera shots that are very difficult to achieve with a normal tripod. There are a range of colours available and it weights just 45.3 grams and is just 15cm long so it is very lightweight ... more
