Smooth and shiny........

Advantages: Does what it says!
Disadvantages: One of the more expensive hair mousses

...work! ~**The Info**~ John Frieda is a pretty good brand, and I've used some of the other prodcuts in the range (such as this oilly "smoothing" stuff) and they do all work pretty well- the promise is to smooth and eventually delete all that frizzy hair and split ends while giving volume style and appeal. Strangely for a hair mousse, it acually does work pretty well. ~**How to use**~ The directions given on the can are to freely apply to wet hair. ...
...all I really wanted is for no frizzy hair and maybe, even, I know it's asking a lot but shiny hair that does look nice? ~**Result**~ When my hair dried I was astonished with the smoothness of my hair- barely even one stickout making me into my normal haystackish shelf!!! Yipee!!!! At last, a hair mousse that actually works. As a peered into my mirror, the light shined on my hair and I did notice, SHINE!!! Not the whole grease look but yes, shine! ...

Review of John Frieda Frizz Ease Styling Mousse

From crazy messes to ordered tresses

Advantages: Smooth shiny hair
Disadvantages: A bit expensive

...I discovered Frizz Ease by John Frieda. At first I thought that this would be a bit of a con. You know the sort of product I mean, where it promises perfection and struggles to deliver mediocrity. It was advertised as the product to use on heat-treated, permed or coloured hair to bring back manageability, hold and shine. Anyway I decided to give it a try and bought a can of the Corrective Styling Mousse, which cost about £3.50 or thereabouts for ...
...that whilst I had my hair permed I couldn’t live without John Frieda Frizz Ease. There are other products available in this range too. I used the serum on occasions, which was also good, but I haven’t used any of the other products so I can’t comment on those. ...

A Quick Change

Advantages: Great for styling
Disadvantages: Use sparingly

...Fizz ease is made by John Freida and there are other hair products in the range to try too, although they seem to be a bit on the expensive side, they do work well and last a while, so I think you get the value for money factor. It leaves your hair shiney and managable. ...

Review of John Frieda Frizz Ease Styling Mousse

You want this product, trust me.

Advantages: Eliminates frizz, makes hair smooth
Disadvantages: Careful how much you use!

Well done John Frieda. Yet another AMAZING product from his frizz ease range. This is the perfect product for curly hair that tends to be a bit fluffy / frizzy / puffy. The mousse is easy to dispense (just shake well and press the top), is not sticky and has a silicone-enriched formula that smoothes away frizz and adds incredible shine to your hair. My hair is very thick, curly and tends to frizz a lot as it dries after washing. So, when I was out ...
...range (Which I am addicted to!) and I spotted the mousse. I had never used this or any other mousse before so I thought why not try it? After all, the serum and the 'Secret Agent work brilliantly (These are two other Frizz-Ease products that I have written opinions on, read them if you are also interested in other products in the Frizz-Ease range!) Anyway, I tried the mousse the very same day that I bought it and it worked amazingly! You apply it ...

No More Frizz

Advantages: Tames Frizz and boosts shine
Disadvantages: The cost

I think that this product has changed it's name due to a revamp of the Frizz Ease Range and is now called Curl Reviver - Corrective Styling Mousse. I may be wrong and this could be a new product in the range but I have not seen the old product for some time now. The mousse now comes in a sleek aluminum style bottle that contains 200ml and retails for around 3.95 GBP. The bottle is quite minimalist with no pictures only information on what the product ...
...It can be purchased in most good chemists and I have noticed that some supermarkets are starting to stock some of the range but not all products in all stores. It provides soft-hold and restores bounce to tired waves, ringlets and perms using a blend of panthenol and polyquaternium. It has a silicone enriched formula and is alcohol free. This product is best for us people with curly hair who want to keep their curls, other products in the range ...

Stinky Styling

Advantages: tames curls and reduces frizz
Disadvantages: whiffy smell and crispy ends

...and decided to try the John Frieda Frizz Ease Mousse, it was worth a shot. Packaging and Price Well the mousse cost me £3.99 for 200 ml, and comes in a sleek, funky, brushed silver can and looks very nice on the bathroom shelf. Promises “Soft hold formula, restoring bounce to tired waves, ringlets and perms, silicone enriched formula tames frizz and boosts shine.” Well it sounded promising. I washed and towel dried my hair and grabbed ...
...into my palms, it came out really fast and I had to throw some of the mousse away, I worked the product through my hair and suddenly this vile putrid stench started to waft up my nostrils. Dear God I smelt like my grandmother after she had put on her curlers and setting lotion. I let my hair dry naturally, after a while the smell faded (or perhaps I got used to it) and after a good long gawp at myself in the mirror my hair does seem to hold the curls ...

NO MORE MRS FUZZBALL

Advantages: It really works
Disadvantages: None

My hair is not extremely frizzy, but its kind of frazzled around the edges. Whilst in Lloyds chemist the other week, it just so happened that all the Frizz Ease products were only £2.65 which is a real bargain considering how much they normally cost. I decided to purchase the mousse because mousse is quick and easy to use, and because the can says that it instantly revitalises tired hair, and smoothes away frizz. I tried it out after washing my ...
...shoulder length hair, and blow dried as normal. When dry my hair was visibly smoother, and shiner, and there was a wave to it, thats normally not there. I've used this product about eight times, and it seems that each time you use it you hair becomes better, so I suppose it works over time, repairs and restoring shine in your hair. I also noticed that if you use a diffuser, it makes your hair really curly, which is quite a nice change. The packaging ...

Frizz Ease Styling Mousse Perfect for taming hair

Advantages: Really does kill the frizz on your hair!
Disadvantages: A little pricy - best on wet hair

...drying with frizz. Having used John Frieda for years it is a brand i trust. I have used it in conjunction with other products in their range and it really does transform your hair into a smooth and managable condition. It even prevents my hair from increasing in size and frizz in the rain. I found that: *two palm size amounts for long hair (three is your hair is really unruly!) *one for shorter hair I always leave to dry naturally as blow-drying. ...

The only product for my curls

Advantages: Revives curls, doesn't dry out hair, no alcohol
Disadvantages: The pump sometimes breaks off turning mousse into liquid

...barely has any shape. Before John Frieda frizz ease mousse, I had to use curling tongs to actually get my hair to look nice. However, ever since I tried this mousse it's been my faithfull companion for years. The product was recommended to me by another friend who also has curly hair. Her hair is much more curly then mine so I thought that nothing could help me. But I decided to give it a go. The directions said: "apply to damp hair" and I did. After ...
...that. The great thing about John Frieda is that it's readily available from high street stores such as boots and supermarkets and considering what it does, it's not a huge price to pay - around £3.95. The bottle itself comes in a 200ml packaging, but I think there's a bigger one too. The great thing about this product is that it contains no alcohol, which is great for curly hair. The slightly negative thing about the packaging is that the part where ...

Review of John Frieda Frizz Ease Styling Mousse

Frizz-Ease Corrective Styling Mousse

Advantages: Does control static and frizz
Disadvantages: slightly more expensive than other leading mousses

I bought the John Frieda frizz-ease styling mousse after snubbing it for about a year. I believed that all hair mousses were the same and John Frieda's range of Frizz-ease products was another con to make people with out of control hair go running to the nearist stockist. I tried the Corrective Styling mousse after being recommended it by a friend who I know won't buy rubbish. I have fine straight hair and no matter what I use on it I still get the ...
...of their own. After using frizz ease styling mousse I found that my hair did in fact feel more controllable and although it didn't make it physically thicker it felt thicker. It leaves a nice sheen on my hair and it has some kind of magic to it that when drying my hair with the hairdryer actually makes it straighter (ie gets rid of a couple of natural kinks which I have always hated). Don't know how it does this, don't care really but I know it looks ...

Review of John Frieda Frizz Ease Styling Mousse

This is great for frizz

Advantages: It gets rid of the frizz better than any!
Disadvantages: It could be cheaper.

I have suffered from frizzy hair for so long and i found that most products i tried either made my hair greasy or didn't work at all. I had been trying everything untill my friend reccommended Frizz ease to me. I wasn't sure because it's quite expensive. But as soon as i got it i fell in love with it! It didn't make my hair greasy and it got rid of the frizz. I can use it on wet, damp or dry hair and it will work however bad my hair is!! The only ...
...i find that at the end of the day it's all come out and my hair can sometimes be frizzy again but most days it leaves my hair feeling soft and flexible. It is the best hair styling mousse i've used yet. If you are thinking of getting it it is very easy to get hold of, it's usually in the shampoo section of most shops!! ...

Review of John Frieda Frizz Ease Styling Mousse

sorts out the frizzies

Advantages: Keeps the frizz at bay
Disadvantages: none

John Frieda mousse is priced at around £3.75 - a lot you might say for a mousse. But, if you have frizzy, hard to manage hair like me, then this product is a godsend. It really does help to keep the frizz at bay during the day or evening. I have found that the texture is light and easy to work through damp hair - or even dry hair if you are in a rush and need to tame the frizz. I do use a lot of it in one go, but I have more control over my hair, ...
