News Flash ........ I have a new addition to my family ! Unfortunaely not everything in the proverbial garden is rosey . To elaborate , apart from the human eliment within my household , I have three adorable cats . All related and supremely loveable . We recently purchased a puppy . We have named her Lotti. Her kennel name being "Torrulla Lotus Flower." She is a tri-coloured Cavalier King Charles . Of good pedigree . Imagine her surprise when she encountered my feline companions . ! Advantages Advantages Cheap to buy, work brilliantly

Disadvantages Disadvantages Getting Myrty to swallow it was a pain!

I adore my kitten Myrtle, I do not however appreciate fleas around my home. I have struggled with a flea problem for quite a while now and although I don't think my home or she is infested as such I do keep getting bitten occasionally and I will spot one or two roaming about on her tummy and likes. I have tried so many treatments and spent an absolute small fortune and still to no avail. With money being tight at the moment I was pained to see the prices of Frontline and decided to grab a box of these off Amazon and thought that if then the problem isn't solved I would fork out and pay more ... more

Advantages Advantages Kills fleas and kills them fast

Disadvantages Disadvantages Expensive, causes the cat to itch for an hour after application

Introducing the cast Milo, the not-so-smart cat, is a fuzzy, grey Persian with little to no intelligence. He will sleeps most of the day (and night) and will move for food, to find another place to sleep, or to cuddle up to you. He's a bit thick, but the soppiest thing in the world and will likes be carried around under your arm or like a baby. He's happiest when sleeping on you, next to you or anywhere in your vicinity. The problem - fleas… He has recently come down with a very bad case of fleas. Now, this is not a problem with my shorter haired other cat as the normal flea spray and ... more

Advantages Advantages fast acting, easy to administer, cheaper than other brands

Disadvantages Disadvantages can't think of any

Why I bought these tablets -------------------------------------- My little kitten got fleas. I hate them. I also know how fussy my boy is and was hoping to find something that he would stay still enough for me to administer and also something that would work first time. How to administer the product ------------------------------------------- Not being very confident with giving medicines, I was drawn to this as you can either feed it straight to your pet (not an idea I relished as holding his jaw down is not as simple as it sounds!!) or crush it up and mix with his favourite food! (this can ... more

    Advantages Advantages They work!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Administering any kind of tablets to my cats is difficult.

My two cats seem to pick up fleas rather readily in the summer months - probably from all the squirrels and hedgehogs in the garden. On of the cats seems to be more susceptible to them than the other, and she's endlessly scratching. When you pick her up, you can feel the scars on her skin. A couple of years back, I took them to the vet so that they could administer some sort of industrial-strength flea killer.
