    Advantages Advantages Nice soft skin

Disadvantages Disadvantages None come to mind.

I thought this title was quite fitting - Firstly because its "Natural" and secondly because Johnsons have made something NEW…yes shocking isn't it!! In the beginning:- I first discovered this cream a couple of months ago when it was first 'released' and they were sending little sachets out. Which I requested...as you can expect! I received it at work as I don't like a ton of mailing companies having my home address. (which I think is quite clever!) Being the eager-beaver I am, I quickly opened the little package (cardboard with the sachet inside it) and ripped the top off the sachet to see ... more

A few weeks ago when we had that short spell of hot weather, I found my skin starting to dry a little and I needed to put on some sort of body moisturiser but to my horror found that I did not have any. The next day I had to go shopping so I was browsing the isles looking for something but couldn't really see anything that stood out, so I decided to go down the baby isle, here I discovered Johnson Baby Soothing Naturals it is a n Intense Moisture Cream, I thought this would be ideal. ~ What is Johnson's Soothing Naturals ~ Firstly, it is quite a new range and this one is the Intense Moisture ... more

Advantages Advantages Leaves skin on body super soft and hydrated.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Too harsh for my face.

My daughter has really dry and sensitive skin and at the age of almost 12 is really starting to take a great interest in her skin care, which I personally am encouraging as I feel it's a good thing to start as early as possible. With the warmer weather recently her skin has been particularly dry and she asked me to take her to Tesco to get a new cream for her face and body. Off we went and after a while we noticed a special display for all the Johnson's Baby Naturals. They all looked and sounded great, claiming to be mild enough to use all over baby including her face and also claiming to ... more

Advantages Advantages available in most retailers, leaves skin supple and smooth, and has no harsh chemicals

Disadvantages Disadvantages doesn't moisturise for 24 hours as it states on the packaging

When my daughter was born, her dads sister who worked in a health centre went all out buying my daughter all kinds of fancy creams from expensive brands known to man. When she left that job, as lovely as the creams were I could not afford to be spending £10+ on a sample sized lotion for my daughter. Don't get me wrong, I love her endlessly and always endeavour to make sure she has the best of the best, but a cream isn't particularly high on my list of priorities, as she can just as easily use a high street brand. She doesn't suffer from any allergies or skin conditions (I used to suffer from ... more

Advantages Advantages Smells great, works well, cheap

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None

Due to the water in our area, I get incredibly dry skin after I've washed my face in particular, so I'm always on the look-out for good value but efficient moisturising creams. I've tried the expensive ones, but for the amount I buy, I just can't afford it! I've tried the cheaper ones and found myself sticking to everything in sight (why does cheap always mean unbelievably sticky) and I've tried everything else in between, to no avail . . . . . . . until now that is! I found this on offer in Tesco a few weeks ago and, always a sucker for a bargain, decided to try it. It comes in a yellowy ... more

Advantages Advantages works well for me

Disadvantages Disadvantages didn't work well for Jack

Johnson's Soothing Natural Intense Moisturising Cream...... I used plenty of different creams on Jack's dry skin when he was little and this particular one was no goof for him as even though it suggests that it is "natural" and soothing when used on irritated skin it only seemed to make the problem worse. So because it is rather expensive at a bit over £2.50 pence for only 100ml I decided to put it away in the cupboard. It wasn't until I was having a clear out a few months back that I remembered buying it for him and decided to use the rest of the tube up before it went off. This was the best ... more

Advantages Advantages Great scent, easy to apply, sinks in fast, reasonable price, recyclable pot.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None.

Johnson's Soothing Naturals Intense Moisture Cream is designed for use on baby's skin and the one I have slightly differs to the picture above. It comes in a round tub with a screw top lid which contains 250ml of the cream. The pot I have has a very small amount left because I've been using it on and off for several few months and it's lasted me a fair while now. The cream in the pot is a thick cream which is white in colour and when I dab some on my arm and rub it in with a circular motion it takes just a few seconds to be soaked in to my skin and it does not leave behind any stickiness ... more

    Advantages Advantages Not greasy

Disadvantages Disadvantages Unnatural scent; doesn't work on my baby

-------------------------------------------------------- 1. The reason I bought this cream: -- After we went out on a sunny warm day, my baby got flushed cheeks - her cheeks felt rough and very dry to the touch. Soon there were red patches and tiny bumps on her skin that seem to be very itchy. She just seemed uneasy and irritable. The first thing came to my mind was she got eczema and her skin must be kept moist all the time. -- I did some research and found this cream, which is supposed to be 'soothing', 'natural', and it 'starts relieving baby's dry skin and even dry patches from the first ... more

5 Stars Quick review of Johnsons Baby Soothing Naturals Intensive Moisture Cream by obiyona 07/07/2007
My 4 month old daughter's got v. dry skin due to ? eczema. Bought from local Tesco's while waiting for my Aveeno cream (ordered online). I just want to say how impressed I was with this product. We noticed improvement from the first use. It also has a pleasant fragrance (sorry can't give accurate description of how it smells but it really is nice!). Was a bit doubtful about the fragrance cause it might not be gentle enough for my daughter's very sensitive skin. But so far so good. She's been using it 3-4 times a day on her face and ... more

Advantages Advantages leaves you with soft skin

    Disadvantages Disadvantages none!

I'm not a baby but I still love johnsons products. So when I needed a new hand cream, instead of looking in the proper place in sainsbury's I went to the baby section of toiletries. At the time they had half price on everything so I got a tube of this for only about 70p! The tube is different to the picture, it has no rounded top and is a green colour which reminds me of olives and since this is 'soothing naturals' an appropriate colour. Well, it makes a nice change from the pink! I am told this relieves dry skin from the first use, fast absorbing and non greasy (yes please!) it combines a ... more
