I was actually bought this as a present when my daughter was born. It was a rather unusual present seeing as most people buy clothes or teddies so it was a nice change to get something different and something which had a nice little purpose to it.
I didn't use it before my baby was 3 months old as I was worried about how delicate her skin was but once she got to 3 months old I decided to try giving my baby a massage after her bath and before bedtime ... ...her a good night's sleep.
The directions are to massage into your baby's skin before bed and that is all. There are no complicated regimes to follow or no specific massage motions so I put aside some time for just me and my baby to spend together relaxing and unwinding and it was lovely.
I used a small amount, about the size of two peas and rubbed it into her skin all over, even on the face but of course was very careful around her eyes. The lotion ...

(+) leaves your skin soft, can be used for different things, everyone can use it (-) very runny, if the oil is dropped on your clothes you got to wash it!
