Ok well most of us have been there, trying all the products that are on offer to us. I have tried many products over the past 2 yrs but I keep coming back to Johnson and Johnson products. I have tried several brands including Boots, Asda, Morrison's, Tesco's and Mothercare. So why do I keep returning to Johnson and Johnson, well hopefully with this review you will understand why me and my family love Johnson and Johnson products.

Advantages: Smell fresh and clean Disadvantages: Not always for sensitive skin.
...never been able to be Johnsons on their quality but I think there is something just unique about their smell that does it for me. I was thinking the best way to write this op that would be easy on your eye and to the point because they do have such a vast range need to keep it simple.

Johnson's Baby Oil Gel is basically the same product but better!
It comes in a flip top, easy to use, 200ml bottle. Cost varies from shop to shop but on average costs £2.99. It' s available form all chemists/supermarkets.
A friend recommended ... ...first picked up the product in my local Boots.
However, I was pleasantly surprised. Baby products are tested to be kind to babys' skin and so, are very user friendly. In the past I have always opted for a shops' "own brands" of baby bath/shampoo which are usually cheaper. But…this product is fantastic.

Johnson's has recently released a new Lavender & Chamomile Baby Powder. The very fact that this product is produced by Johnson's was enough to nudge me to purchase it. After a shower later that evening, I sprinkled some of this heavenly powder onto my body. The sweet, delicate scent combined with the silky feeling was a gentle delight to my senses. I've always been a user of Johnson's baby powders, both on my daughter (when she was an infant) and ... ...or perfume that I wear, and it makes my skin feel good. After a hot shower, it seems to make my skin feel even more clean and fresh. As with the standard Johnson's Baby Powder, the new Lavender and Chamomile does not offset any other fragrance that I may choose to add. Okay okay, so I don't have kids, nor will I have anytime soon, so why would I have an opinion about Johnson's Baby products? Because everyone needs a little pampering once in awhile and the scent of this moves me to bliss.
On the recommendation of a friend, I am the happy user of Johnson's Lavender baby bubble bath. It isn't a strong lavender smell, but more that of the scent associated with baby powder, but I've always liked that smell anyway.
... ...bliss (when poured in one capful per use under running water). It costs about 2.50 but that is subject to change depending on any specials at Boots which is quite often with this stuff.
Now, the greatest feature of baby bubble bath? It actually provides wonderfully puffy, abundant white bubbles. Most of the other stuff foams up a bit and dissolves into the water long before I even get my shoulders wet. Not this stuff. It is heavenly and covers me ...

...got sticky hands etc and Johnsons wipes are great especially the extra care ones which have stripes of protective cream on each wipe so not only do the clean our little loves ones they also give protection to their skin. Now I must apologise for a lot of lists in my review but I felt it was necessary to show you the extensive range that this company does and although I am only faithful to some of the products its not to say that you are not. Johnsons ... ...good thing as it gives us a great choice as no two children are the same and their needs differ and judging from the product list years ago we cant complain about the range we have today. Johnson and Johnson is a name that everyone will know and trust, it has over 200 companies that make their products, these I am going to tell you about are basically for babies, but how many of us grow up and use them all the time.
They are bringing out new products ... ...side to their products is that sometimes they are costly but to be honest if I had a baby then cost would not come into it as I trust the brand and their products.
When you think of Johnson's, you automatically think of babies, the smells remind you of new born babies and that smell that lingers in the house for a while after.

I am 49 years old and have been using Johnson's Baby oil since I was 17 or 18. It is the best part of my shower. Once squeaky clean I pour Johnson baby oil all over, even my face. My skin soaks in the moisturizer like water to plants. And the best part is the smell, of "baby", that lingers while I am dressing. I can't say I am younger looking than others but I so enjoy the luxurious fell of my skin after my showers, soft and rich.
I have tried many ... ...thinner, less absorbent and smelled like "baby" in the bottle but when on my body often smelled like petroleum, gasoline. I had to throw them out.
I have recommended my moisturizing ritual to many of my friends and family. And as a result I have saved money over all these years by not investing in expensive moisturizing products. I have rarely bought the expensive sweet smelling products.

Advantages: Nice clean smelling, widely avaliable products, good quality for delicate skin. Disadvantages: The wipes in particular could be improved, i.e. the wipe material and the lotion that is used!
Johnsons baby products are, in my opinion, the best without a doubt. There are nowadays a few other contenders who have still not come up with anything like Johnsons have. The variety and range of products that they have on the market is truly fantastic. I would say that the baby oils in particular are hard to beat, and no other company has been able to match, never mind beat Johnsons. The bodywash i get has a drop of babyoil to help extra dry skin.To be honest i dont have dry skin at all so it just helps my skin feel even more softer but also because it is the cheapest of the johnsons bodywashes at £2.59 for a 250ml bottle.This is the first time ive used these bodywashes but it ... ...on to a sponge.The advice johnsons give you is if it is for baby to just simply spread some on your babies skin but if your an adult use a sponge.
You only need a wallnut sized amount on your palm and that is enough for your whole body.Afterwards your skin feels baby soft and smells so so nice.

Johnson's products are well known and well used. The product range is wide and includes Baby top-to-toe wash, baby moisturising cream, baby moisturising lotion, nappy cream, breatheasy cream, soothing bath, colour changing bubble bath, kids conditioner, kids long/curly shampoo, and no more tangles shampoo.
Prices range from £2 - £3 and are available in Boots, other chemists and most supermarkets.
All the products are soft on the skin or gentle ... ...of child. The name Johnson's stands for good quality and I think most people agree with that.
However, all of these products are tested on animals and I believe no child (or adult) would want to see their pet killed just so people could have soft skin. The products are good quality, but good quality is not dependant on the torture and killing of thousands of animals. ...

I have always been a Johnsons mum and used their products on my 2 children. I find their products are easy to use, smell fantastic and have no adverse effects on my childrens' skin. However, there is a small downside; the price. Everyone is now counting the pennies and I have reverted on a few occassions to the supermarket home brands and found no difference in quality. The only reason I choose Johnsons over home brands is pursely a snobby reason, ... ...not buying the best for them. Stupid really as the home brands are really just as good.
I have previously purchsed the talcum powder, shampoos and conditioners as well as baby oil and baby lotion which I use on myelf too. I am happy to continue to use their products and will not use anything other than the baby lotion but would substitute the other products for home brand or other branded products depending which is on sale. ...

Ingredients
Mild Soap base containing lavender and camomile oils.
Uses
It is meant for use for babies in the bath to cleanse their skin. The oils are supposed to have a calming and soothing effect of the child.
Packaging
300ml purple plastic bottle with easy close lid which does prevent most spills and won't break when dropped.
Personal Comments
I have used this product on my ten week baby for several weeks. ... ...the essential oils lavender and camomile.
After several weeks of using the bedtime bath I noticed that my child's skin had become dry and there were little dry patches on her arms. These did clear up after I stopped using the product. I don't know if this is caused by the bedtime bath and I would use the product again when my baby is older and needs a stronger cleanser.

...i have been using. The johnsons products my mom used for me includes hair oil, moisturising lotion, baby soap/wash, shampoo and powder.. The same products i use for my son, including wipes. My son has dry skin so i use moisturising baby wash which keeps his skin soft even after bath, hence i need not apply cream. The powder is also good, with 2 types- one is the normal white color bottle and the other in pink color which has a nice fragrance too. ... ...can better cleanse and moisturise the baby\'s skin, helping prevent redness and nappy rash. Hence its not just for babies, older people can also use johnsons products as they are made for delicate skin so wont harm our skin in anyways.. Proof - see the soft skin of your baby.. ...
