If you own a Wii and are looking for a fun way to exercise in the comfort of your own home then you can’t go far wrong buying Just Dance 2. Although this second incarnation in the popular series of Just Dance games is marketed more as a party game, I bought it to allow me to take advantage of the odd five minutes free time to exercise in the privacy of my own front room. Being more than a little overweight, self-conscious and the Mum of a very active toddler means that conventional exercise classes are off the menu. Advantages a good laugh and gets your body moving
Disadvantages routines harder than just dance one

I can honestly say that when I purchased Just Dance when it first came out that I would have no idea the impact it would actually have at home. It became a regular activity for my sister and I on a Sunday night when my son was in bed and I would also tackle a few dances during the days when my son was at school. It was a way of doing a little exercise at home and it was also really social and something my sister and I loved doing together. Just Dance 2 has to be my all time favourite game for the Wii. When it first came out, I bought it as a present for my sister and now I have my own copy that I can't stop playing. I'm not someone who likes going to the gym so this was a great way for my flatmates and I to work out and have fun at the same time. Just Dance 2 is quite similar to the first instalment, though there are certain things about it that make it a slight improvement. I'm sure that even if you haven't ever had a go at Just Dance 1 or 2, you will still be familiar with the concept, thanks to the adverts and the fairly self-explanatory title. A whole load of laughter! I received just dance 2 for Christmas last year. We played it on Christmas day when we had the family around and I have never had so much fun on Christmas day before. Everyone participated and appeared to be having a really good time! Just dance 2 is a very active game and you will be sure to burn some calories! Just dance 2 has improved in a number of ways from Just dance -New duet mode -download new songs to the your disk (40 songs already on there) -improved tracking system helps you learn new moves (easier to judge your performance) For those who have played just ... more

Advantages duets, not too expensive, still a good dance game

Just Dance 2 Our family recieved some Wii games for Christmas this year and this was one of them. We were especially excited about getting this one because we already had the first game in the series, and we loved it, and we had been waiting all year for the this one to come out. Normally you would expect a second version of something to be better than the first, well I would anyway. Just Dance 2 is the sequel to the smash hit game of the same name on the Nintendo Wii console which was released back in 2009 to cash in on the ever increasing popularity of dancing in the UK thanks in part to shows such as Britains Got Talent and groups films such as the Step Up Series. Just Dance 2 what can say - its amazing and so much fun. The game can cost up to £30 but I think it is worth it for the fun ou can have. For those of you who don't know what Just Dance 2 is it is an interactive dance game for the wii - the music starts and you copy the animated person an screens moves - the tracks are those from todays charts and also some older ones- Bangles - 'Walk like an Egyptian' being my favourite its great. Just Dance 2 came out around Christmas 2010 for the Wii and other consoles including the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. This is the next edition of the very popular Just Dance that was released a year before, this game has a list of new tracks and also has a few new game modes to play with. As part of my new year resolution to get fit and lose weight, all in time for my wedding next year, I purchased Just Dance 2 to help keep me moving whilst at home. I first came across the game over Christmas as we went over to visit family. My step-nan had the game and put it on along and we danced all through christmas day night.
