...the road and saw the Kia Sedona. It looked very spacious, a nice smooth curvy body. We went to our local Kia dealers and had a look at the different models of Sedona they had. We didn’t want a second hand one in case anything happened to it we would not of had a fall back plan. We looked at the Kia Sedona SX and decided that this was the one for our family and us. We could fold all the back seats down and push them forward and have a large backspace ...
...High spec makes the Kia a winner. Air con, central locking, ABS at a very reasonable price make this motor stand well above all other makes. Compared to a Galaxy or Espace the Kia is more like a large conservatory rather than a small greenhouse. In short, the Kia Sedona is the best MPV on the market. The Kia Sedona has · 143BHP 2.9 Turbo Diesel Engine or 2.5 V6 Petrol Engine · Automatic Option on both Petrol and Diesel Models · Power Steering · Central ...

The hand book says that it has a 75L tank but I've driven it 20 miles into reserve twice now and only managed to get 65l into it. Out of those 65 litre tanks I manged to get around 350 miles - but I'm expecting that to rise a little as I'm trying to familiarise myself with an automatic again. I've also been driving ...

But bigger engine, less work to do I suppose. Styling - Love the look of the car, we have it in Imperial Blue with Privacy Glass and alloy wheels. I think the dark colour makes the car look great and the privacy glass adds a certain something. The air intake on the front ...

Why didn't we take the plunge sooner? We have 3 children and this car has put an end to all the squabbles! (Well in the car anyway ;-) ) . Modelled on the Chrysler Voyager and at a fraction of the cost, this car is a real bargain. You don't get quite so many buttons to fiddle with, but everything you need is there. There is even a little treasure box in the rear for the children to hide their goodies in! Driver and passenger airbags, plenty of leg ...
...can be folded back for front and middle seats. The sliding doors on either side are a must with a people carrier, especially in public car parks. You can access your children in their car seats without getting a slipped disc in the process! The tinted windows to the rear mean that if you have property in the boot, it isn't on full view as there is no cover over the luggage space. Talking of which, there is plenty of room for the family shop. I tend ...

...day). I had to beg KIA Assist to let me have a vehicle for the duration of my hols which they did, but has cost me £130.00 insurance. Overall, the car is good value for money, offering more space than its rivals but I think would benefit from being fitted with the 2.5 engine as fitted to the Sorento with regard to fuel economy. I would also recommend getting rid of it when the warranty expires, as repair costs are frightening. Also, just for Torr. ...

Up there with the rest as regards luggage space, i.e. not enough with 6 pax though you can move the seats around and comprimise on legroom. That said, legroom is better on all rows compared with Galaxy etc. Passengers love it, as do my family with regards to comfort. Gearchange is tractor ...

People carrier ownwer Why not try a Sedona Updated

Advantages: Cheaper than the average people carrier and has nice touches like the multi position seats and plush upholstery.
Disadvantages: The fit and finish is not perfect in places and some peole may worry about Kia being an unknown make.

We recently bought a Kia Sedona S with a 2.5 V6 engine. Overall we are very impressed. The seven seats are extremely versatile and although they cannot be completely removed they can be folded and pushed to the front. The two centre seats can be rotated to face the rear and there are lap belts to use in this position. They also all recline, even the rear bench seat. There are various positions for the seats so you could have more luggage room if needed ...
...The list price for this car is £13995 which is a lot cheaper than equivalent people carriers from other countries. We also found a garage doing a limited special offer of £10995 with any part ex. The driving position is high, more like a van than a car but personally I like it as you can see more at road junctions. Some people though may be put off by this. The inside is very roomy which is helped by the completely flat floorpan. This also makes ...

Kia = Happy Journeys....

Advantages: Very well priced
Disadvantages: 'Unknown' name - for all you brand 'snobs'!

We purchased our 2.9 CRDi Kia Sedona in May this year. Why, oh why did we not do it sooner. How many journeys did we endure with the tedious whining of "Are we nearly there yet?" " How much further?" "Mum, he/she/its hitting me...?" - if you have children you know the sentences... We've just come back from a camping holiday in the UK that involved a 3.5 hr journey, and I can not wait to go to France involving a 10 hr journey in 10 days time, yes, ...
...with our children. I never thought I'd say that, but... With air conditioning, comfy seats, a high ride position, and in-car DVD system (with infa-red headphones, so we can have our own music at the front), journeys are a doddle. The car itself is a big beastie, and maybe its turning circle is on the large side... however, we live in a street with only on-street parking, and its narrow, but reverse parking behind a car is dead easy, thanks to the ...

...carriers before deciding on a Kia Sedona, Mainly because I had never heard of Kia. The Salesman was well informed and seemed to have a genuine passion when selling the finer points of the car, which is always encouraging. But did I want a Kia Sedona? Grey leather and fake walnut is used sparingly and the Slot type CD player is a welcome change from the type with the auto-changer in the boot. The seats are quite comfortable giving good support and the leg room is excellent on all 3 rows of seats. One problem with the seats is the weight. If you need to remove the seats for any reason they are surprisingly heavy, ...

Kia Sedona LE (old type)

Advantages: space, looks very good, comfortable
Disadvantages: turning, size causes it to have difficulty reversing, air conditioning

Very good car! One of the most comfortable cars you can buy. It's spacious seats make it perfect for long or short journeys. The huge amounts of space make it good for carrying large loads and awkward objects. When I was moving house, it played a great part in shifting our heavy bulky objects such as the washing machine and tumble dryer. It also seemed to have endless space for storing clothes in it! I must recommend having tinted windows, keeps ...
...Of course every car has problems. The main problem is turning. It has trouble getting round sharp corners at any kind of speed, which also means parking can also be an issue. The pure fact the car is such a juggernaut can mean it is hard to see behind during reversing. We have also had problems with the air conditioning and blowers. The air con and blowers are a little bit weak, blowing very little out, causing delay when trying to clear the windscreen. ...

**One of the best around**

Advantages: Space, Style and Comfort
Disadvantages: Sliding doors can be faulty at times, not very economic!

I have had this car for about 5 Months now and I can honestly say its one of the most comfortable cars I have ever drove, I was a bit cautios of driving a vehicle this size after all I was used to a Suzuki Alto! The Engine can be noisy at times mostly on cold mornings, but it soon warms up, the turning is BAD, my friend owns a Ford Galaxy and can do a 3point turn in my street, I however end up doing a 6 Point turn, but anyway on to the finer points: ...

The seats are comfortable and support your body well, The DVD player is great, and pumps ...

Quick review of Kia Sedona

Kia Sedona From day 1 this has been a superb car. It seats 7 very comfortably with stylish leather seating that's every bit as good as much more expensive cars. The optional in board DVD player helps to make long journeys bareable with 5 children in the car. Only 2 headset units included though and extras are quite expensive. The equipment level is very high with many features you would normally have to pay extra for, such as: * Electric folding mirrors * Heated seats * Front driving lights * Roof bars * Leather seating There are a few negatives though: * Poor turning circle * Excessive tyre wear if left unchecked * Handbrake not very effective on steep hills Hope this has been helpful for you ! ...

Why did i buy this car???????????????????

Advantages: comfortable. Roomy. Nice to drive(when working)
Disadvantages: Expensive to run. Very expensive when things go wrong

...REQUESTED: we bought this 2002 Kia Sedona Deisel, from a non kia dealer 5 months ago. I enjoyed driving the car. It handled well, and as a mum it was fab for kids and all the baggage that goes with them. The kids had plenty of room. Boot space could be better, not enough room for a weekly shop unless you take out two seats. And thats where it ended. Within 2 months it all went wrong. We started having problems with the car just cutting out, mainly ...
...We booked it into Kia for dianogstic checks and we have just had a phone call from the Kia Service centre, and were given the news we had been dreading. Repairs are going to cost £4200. The fuel filter has disentergrated into the fuel system, leaving metal filings throughout the fuel system. In all 11 items need to be replaced on in the fuel system. And to add insult ti injury we were told that the tests were going to cost £96 and have now been told ...
