I thought Kaloj Cafe was a great place with a menu for any time of the day. I liked that you can have a croissant and coffee to-go in the morning, hot dogs and fries for lunch, chicken wings and beer for supper, and they are helpful with information like bus schedules, appartment rentals, jobs and work. They also have wireless internet and a computer for customers. They speak in Albanian and English, and I heard them also speaking French and another language.
