Advantages: cheaper than norton Disadvantages: doesnt work with vista
I bought this to replace norton when the subscription ended because it was a little cheaper and in all honesty wish i hadn't bothered. Although i'd been recommended this vis word of mouth and friends had used this on windows XP with no problems, trying to use this with my windows vista home premium was another story. I contacted to aftercare support which was a little harder than i had intended because the scan kept freezing at a certain point which ... ...leave this bit from the scan but because of the file type it meant alot of my c drive wasn't scanned so was vunerable to viruses. I have also been told from various vista friends they've had the same problem so i would not recommed this to a vista user, and probably not to an xp user. ...
