I'm going on safari!

AdvantagesFor a quick, tasty, nutritous breakfast

DisadvantagesYou have to put up with the Tiger

"Now to my second promised cereal op. Kellogg’s Frosties – bought on special offer with a box of Rice Krispies. The Frosties would normally cost around £1.65. Kellogg’s Frosties come in 500g blue boxes with a picture of Tony the Tiger on the front. Come on you all remember him don’t you? ‘They’re Grrrreat!’ OK so how many folks would like to see Tony put down? He is rather irritating although I haven’t seen him around on TV recently – perhaps he ..." Read review

Is it cold outside today. I hope not...

AdvantagesGood for your Health, pre-sugared

DisadvantagesKids Cereal?

"Kellog's Frosties takes me back in time to my childhood, in the summer I would get Kellog's Frosties before going to school and in the Winter I would get given Ready Brek....Yuck... So you could say I loved the Summer months, although in Scotland you can get all the seasons in an hour...as all visitors will no doubt testify... My memory reminds me of the silly advert featuring the Tiger character called Tony, Tony always said "They're Greeaat", ..." Read review

Kellogg's Toffee Frosties - Limited Edition

AdvantagesGreat taste

DisadvantagesSugar and toffee is unhelathy although the rest is healthy

"Kellogg’s are by far the most popular company when it comes to breakfast cereals, with their flagship cereal ‘Corn Flakes’ being not only the most popular but perhaps the most basic. Now, many people eat Kellogg’s Corn Flakes (or any other brands of Corn Flakes) with sugar to add that extra bit of flavour that will satisfy people with a sweet tooth whilst they can still say that they are being healthy. Well, as you will ..." Read review

Iced Over Flakes

Advantagestaste nice, very sweet

Disadvantagesgo soggy if in milk too long

"...were discovered around 1876 and Kellogg's are now one of the most successful if not very well known companies worldwide. The packaging of Frosties has never really changed much for as much as I can remember. They always come in a royal blue rectangular box and on the cover is their mascot Tony the Tiger holding out a bowl of cereal at whoever is looking. The tiger is a cartoon that has become familiar with all households and the bowl of cereal ..." Read review

* Get Frosty with Frosties *

AdvantagesTasty , Cheap

DisadvantagesHard to get into for kids!

"...is the famous , Kellogg's 'signature' in a red font. Below in a light blue / white coloured font and in large capitals , reads an eight letter word ; Frosties. Below this is the famous Tiger who is called Tony The Tiger. He is the mascot for Frosties cereal. He is a cartoon Tiger. Here he seen holding a bowl of Kelloggs Frosties. It looks like he's passing them to the customer. Below Tony is a 'guideline daily amount' quick guide. I like this design ..." Read review

A Grrreat Way To Start Your Day

AdvantagesCrunchy, Sugar coated, great taste

DisadvantagesNot for vegetarians as it contains gelatin

"...the absolutely great taste of Kellogg's Frosties. My usual cereals have been Kellogg's Corn Flakes and Weetabix. However in the last month I have been indulging myself with Frosties almost every morning. The children have been having Frosties for ages and it was inevitable that one day I would be forced into trying it out. However what I was not aware of was the fact that I might actually like it. I suppose the only difference one might notice ..." Read review

bring out the tiger in you

Advantagessugar coated, nutritional, low fat

Disadvantagesnone

"Me and my children like to kick-start the day by eating a bowel of kellog’s frosties every morning before we get going in the morning it really is a great start to the day. As frosties are sugar coated there is no need to add sugar, this is great for the children as like myself I find it difficult to consume cereal without the added taste of some sugar. Frosties are also much crunchier than cornflakes which is good because they don’t go soggy when ..." Read review

Tony says they're great

AdvantagesThey taste OK

Disadvantagesdoensn't taste like real sugar

"I suppose it was inevitable that Kellogg would eventually come to the conclusion that the addition of some sugar frosting to their highly successful Cornflake would be a best seller, and thank goodness they did. I have always liked Cornflakes and am particularly fond of them with freezing milk and sugar, so I like Kellogg was keen to discover if this sugar frosting was up to scratch. It did however take me slightly longer to get in o the act. ASDA ..." Read review

They're Great!

AdvantagesGreat flavour

DisadvantagesSugar coated so can be unhealthier than some cereals.

"...is the contact information for Kellogg's incase you have any problems with your purchase and also the website address. It also suggests that on average the 750g box which I am reviewing will give around 25 servings of a 30g portion. Flavour - I personally adore Frosties, the sugar coating is just enough to provide a sugary flavour but not so much that it is overpowering. I do not add too much milk, I find it nullifies a lot of the taste if the ..." Read review

Theyrrrr'eeeee not that bad.

AdvantagesA hearty and filling cereal. Eye-catching packaging.

DisadvantagesBit too sugary for children.

"...that it was produced by Kellogg's (the behemoth of the breakfast cereal industry) aided my decision. Frosties on the outside looks appealing, with its synonymous tiger named Tony, and its bright blue background. These features stand out from the crowd, and instantly grab the eye, luring you to investigate their purchase-worthiness further. I was persuaded by this and bought the box. I'm not exactly a nutrition freak, but I happened to notice that ..." Read review

Grrrreeaat Flakes Of Crunchy Yummyness!

AdvantagesTasty, crunchy, light, low fat/cal

DisadvantagesQuite high in sugar

"Tony's popular 'Frosties' are a hit for Kellogg's! They claim to be 'grrrreeaat' and I think they are. -...:: The Good Stuff ::...- Frosties are simply frosted flakes which are most commonly served in a bowl with milk. You may think it a little strange but I love these dry as a snack in front of the TV at night. Their sugary goodness sets these aside from similar flake cereals as they're not too boring and dry. They have great crunch appeal ..." Read review

A great source of energy

Advantagesgreat tasting, good energy boost, 98% fat free, sweet, crunchy

Disadvantagesnone

"I have always ate my breakfast and always had cereals and still do. I was brought up to eat my breakfast and I guess I just got used to it and it is a habbit like brushing my teeth. A lot of people say they don't have time for breakfast but I don't think that is a good enough excuse. It only takes me five mins in the morning to get through a bowl of cereal and even a slow person could do it in 10, I am sure of that. Now I am not too fusy ..." Read review

Start your day with Tony the Tiger

AdvantagesTastes great, easy and quick snack or breakfast option.

DisadvantagesNot for those without a sweet tooth.

"Kellogs Frosties have always been my favourite breakfast cereal on the market, i just didnt realise how much i liked them untill recently. I used to have these for my breakfast when i was a kid and as i was fussy i would quite often have a bowl of these for my tea aswell if i didnt like what was on offer. The last time i ran out of my grown up Kelloggs cereal, crunchy nut cornflakes i went to the shops to get some more but instead of going home with ..." Read review

Tony say's They're GRRReat

AdvantagesThey're GRRREAT!

DisadvantagesNone

"Tony the tiger has just been telling me how good his Kellogg’s Frosties are so after a quick bowl full with some ice cold milk poured over the top ….I thought I’d write an opinion on them. Kellogg’s as most of you should know is a well-known household name here in the UK. They produce a vast selection of breakfast cereals. Frosties are one brand that I’ve recently acquired a taste for. Kellogg’s Frosties are sugar-frosted flakes of corn. They ..." Read review
