"I owned 3 woks from Ken Hom, 2 of them were with a non stick coating. Wok cooking is supposed to be done over high heat, and this is where the main problem occur. Non stick coating contains toxics, that will eventually melt and get into the food when it reaches too high heat.
A non stick coating is supposed to prevent food from sticking, but is it really that effective? Cooking with too low temperatures, will result in soggy vegetables and boiled ..."
