There can’t be anybody who hasn’t heard the name Kenco, it is probably the biggest name to be associated with coffee and they have a long history dating back to the early 1920s. As the name suggests, Kenco is a Kenyan coffee producer who introduced their range of coffee beans to the...

Smooth and Rich

Caffeine

When I was young I hated coffee, the first time I tasted it I spat it out all-over the place much to the annoyance of my Mother. Indeed it wasn't until my early twenties that I started to drink coffee regulary due in main to the fact I had to get up at five thirty in the morning! Times have...

You may become a Kenco chain cuppa drinker

Frequent loo visits for full bladder

I have found that most coffees leave a strong unpleasant aftertaste and so, much as I love it, I tend to stick to tea. However my boyfriend came home with Kenco Rappor coffee granules the other day and I am so impressed I have come on here to tell you all about it. The jar itself is quite good...

tastes quite nice

smells awful

I had guests to stay a few weeks ago and, as a thank you for their lovely time they bought me a big box of biscuits and a huge jar of coffee bless them. So I'm having a cup now, made with milk, it’s quite nice. When I opened the jar to take the usual big sniff (being very careful not to snort it...

Doesn't live up to the promise of it's packaging!

Kenco - a name associated with fine coffee. Rappor - a name suggesting intimacy, conviviality, warmth and snuggling up in front of the fire. Then you look at the price tag and realise that this is a cheap instant coffee! So is it just fancy advertising? Well, the coffee certainly looks inviting...

Deliciously smooth

none

It occurred to me this morning that having written the reviews on biscuit royalty it should have become pretty obvious what review I should have done next. I mean what beverage is it that I use to help those sweet sensational mouthfuls of biscuit down. COFFEE. Smacks you straight in the face...

tasty

quite expensive

I need my coffee in the morning or I’m good for nothing, and I don’t drink a particular brand of coffee, although I do take exception to the really cheap powdery ones that look and taste no stronger than brown milk. I stumbled across Kenco Rappor by accident when it was on offer. I...

Lovely taste.

Is a bit more expensive than some coffee's.

When it comes to coffee, I'm an avid fan. I'll try - and have tried - all sorts of different kinds. From the cheap shops own brand, to the more expensive and luxurious coffee. Whilst shopping in Asda the other day I decided upon purchasing Kenco Rappor coffee granules. I paid £2.67 for a 200g jar...

You can smell the coffee.

The more I drink the more I want.

Anyone that knows me or has read my ten things I couldn’t live without will know that I cant live without my coffee. It is my children’s savior because without it I’m evil. Seriously head spinning fangs showing the whole works. So I need a good coffee. One that even after adding...

“The Best Instance of Instant”

Full, rich taste

A bit on the expensive side

When I was at home, my mum always used to buy Nescafe Classic, or the bog standard jars of Maxwell House. When I came to university, suffice to say, coffee had its uses, but I used to stick with the old brands that I was used to. For one, they were pretty cheap (unless you go right to the bottom...

“Great coffee, Smooth taste!”

Great tasting coffee

Moreish!

Had to write a review about this one, it’s a great taste smooth, rich coffee flavour, you just need to sit down and relax and enjoy this full tasting coffee. To say I am English I have never really taken to tea, I may have one or two cups a year if that, not keen on the taste. I was first...

Pleasant tasting

Smells quite bitter when it's in the jar

I used to drink a totally different kind of coffee until I accidently came across this one in my local supermarket because my usual brand at the time was out of stock. Comapared to other coffee's I drink when not at home, it's by far one of the best tasting coffees on the market. It makes a really...
