I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I bought a BM250 in Jan 2008. The electronic programmer failed in October 2008 and ,as instructed, I took the breadmaker to the nearest Kenwood approved repairer on November 14. Despite repeated phone calls I am still waiting for the machine to be repaired 12 weeks later. The Kenwood customer care centre take upto 45 minutes to contact and I have now given up and bought another breadmaker. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ENJOY HOMEMADE BREAD.

Advantages: Price, size and ease of use.
Disadvantages: Recipes aren't very successful

I have had my Kenwood breadmaker for about 4 months and I have to say that I have been very pleased with it. I had looked at the more expensive breadmakers but decided on the Kenwood as I have other Kenwood products which Im very happy with. To start with it's a good size, not too big and doesn't take up a lot of room on my work surface.
