...of this make of speaker, kenwood are normally blue in colour around the voice coil.
I mounted these in the holes where the factory fit speakers already were, (didnt want to cut new holes etc) all i had to do was take off the door panels (easier said than done) remove the 4 screws holding the old speaker to the door, unplug the speaker input connections from the rear terminals of the speaker, then the new speaker was ready to be installed.
To mount ... ...unbelievable in comparison, whereas the kenwood would struggle and distort at the slightest bit of power, these new speakers could even handle some bass put through them.
If your not that bothered about the quality of your sound system, id stick with the factory fit speakers.
Another tip when upgrading your car stereo, is to start with a good quality head unit, you will find that the quality of the sound will improve even with the poorer quality ...
