Review of Kenwood KFC 6905
Advantages: Very resonably priced, easily customised to fit baffle board Disadvantages: Not High quality range, not the most powerful
These 6 x 9 speakers are the next best after Kenwood's HQ range, remember size doesn't matter and infact 6x9's inherently have a better midrange than 7x10's
The frequency response (the red line on the box on the graph) is very smooth transient response for mid range price speakers. Very simple to install, in minutes, on either a stelth shelf or in cabinets. Low distortion upto about 90% of rated rms (depending on hiw much bass is in the signal) ... ...your ears bleed.
Have an good sound reproduction quality over the broadest frequecy range i have seen frequency ranges between 100 Hz and 30 kHz
Overall they are what you very good car speakers (with a resonable quality amp, pay more for the amp than the speakers) Keep 'em coming Kenwood!
Look to pay atleast £120 for these or £65 second hand
Xmax +/-3.5mm
Peak Power 120W
Good Quality ...
