...buying a smoothie maker, a Kenwood is worth checking out as they are a reliable brand and this is as well made as any other product of theirs I've seen. However, it is quite expensive if you're not going to be using it that much. For occasional use, a blender is probably just as good, so don't waste the money if it's just going to gather dust in a corner! ...The major drawback of the Kenwood is that the design of the jug is daft. Why did they decide to give it a silly pointed bottom rather than a flat one so you could store unfinished drinks in the fridge?
