Advantages: Easy to use, good filter, 360 degree base Disadvantages: Flip top lid
This is a good kettle for the price, it looks good and has a good filter. Very easy to use, it swivells 360 degrees so great if there are both left-handers and right handers in your household like mine!
It doesn't lead and does pour well unlike my last kettle! The only down side is the flip lid. There is a button on the handle you press to lift the lid on the kettle, we found that ours broke after about three months and the lid could no longer close ...

The thing died on us after 15 months. Not much good for £30 worth. Kenwood replaced it but only just, wouldn't have after 18 months!!!!!!!! ...
