...Bueno. It is obviously a Kinder product from it's red and white foil wrapper and I expected Kinder quality inside. Upon opening the outer wrapper you are confronted by 2 wrapped fingers of Bueno, in a transparent plastic coating to keep it fresh if you don't want to eat it all at once. ...no exception. I first tried Kinder bueno last year whilst on holiday in Malta. The kinder range is very popular over there and I found myself popping to the local shop for snacks to eat in our hotel. This is when my love, hate relationship with Bueno began. ...tooth. And as a Kinder Bueno is 20% chocolate and 80% sugar I have to love it. And they are on specail offer at 35p instead of 45p in Londis so I can eat even more of them. THe wrapper is a bright orange and white and looks very 1970's to me (minus the picture of a smiling child) with pictures of what the bar is going to look like. ...bought somebody one of those Kinder Surprise chocolate eggs. Well, the Bueno bar comes from the same people, and the wrapper looks rather like a Surprise actually. I can’t decide whether the design is very childish or just very different, but either way, I find them dead easy to spot when scouring the shelves of my nearest confectioner.
