The hype of this razor has bought it some success, but once you use it long enough you feel the dissapointment. I am a patient man and believe in trying somethng extensively before passing judgement. After a month of repeated bad shaves, going through several new blades, I have more skin irritation and hadn't had a single close shave. My shave time has also greatly increased. Oh dear!!! This is quite simply the worst razor I've ever tried. I'm a reluctant Gillette Fusion user and wanted to try something cheaper as I detest having to pay £8 for four replacable razors. What a mistake trying the Azor was. noticed that one other reviewer mention that a hastily found 1970's bic razor made him look like the Bride of chucky before a wedding that he went to. Well the Azor did exactly the same before a wedding that I went to on Saturday. I was cut all over and didn't look particularly clever. How can a company that produce such good gels and oils get a razor so wrong?!!! Stay well clear of this one! ...

this is one of the best razors i've used. i don't understand the negative review above, sounds like a gillette pro blogger gone crazy. i've had about 30 close comfortable shaves from ONE cartridge and used with one of KoS's shaving oils or gels, it gives an awesome shave. i've also checked other reviews on the web, and also one in which magazine a couple of weeks back and they gave the azor the thumbs up. i think will king and king of shaves are doing a fantastic job at reducing the cost of shaving with a great product. hail to the king!!!!! ...

My dear wife bought me an Azor razor at Christmas. At first it wasn,t easy to use and I ended up with cuts galore ( or should that be AGORE). I persevered for a few weeks trying different techniques, even following the enclosed directions and trying different gels. I have yet to have a shave without blood loss. My normal wilkinson blade rarely nicked me. The Azor and an unused pack of cartridges has been binned. DO NOT BUY AN AZOR RAZOR!! ...
