However as far as Kingston goes I have bought over ten memory sticks, the most recent being two sticks of 512mb of PC2700 DDR333 for the PC that my daughters both use, and it is worked hard, and there is a noticeable improvement in stability and performance. My overall opinion is by all means try different types of memory but if reliability and not cost is your priority then you should consider buying Kingston. ...

kingston well i use it because i like it thats it its stable and very very realiable i have now had the sam piec of ram in my wifes computer for about two years now thats how realiable it is i mean its not the fastest but for stability i love it its cheap to a point. there are cheaper but i think this is is the middle class of the computing world its not then top end and its not bottem of the barrel i have got to say thought if your looking to speed ...
...it being much better espiecialy with vista being out would only recomend this for 2000 or lower unless you are putting in a couple of them dont get me wrong xp will run very well with this but i allways like to go over the score with ram i use a minimum of 1gb ram with xp and 2gb with vista this severly improves performance and your computer will never be lagging behind ...
